Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Cut Labz Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) including but not limited to haircuts, trims, grooming services, memberships, and use of our website and premises.

By purchasing a membership, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Membership Terms

Memberships are non-refundable and auto-renew monthly unless cancelled by the customer prior to the renewal date.

It is the customer’s responsibility to manage and cancel their membership in advance via the platform used.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any membership for anti-social behaviour, including but not limited to rudeness, verbal abuse, or disrespect towards staff or other clients.

Free trims included in your membership can only be booked and redeemed during your active membership cycle.

Appointment Policy

All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a £5 no-show fee.

If you fail to show up or arrive late, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled at the discretion of staff.

Out-of-hours services for Standard and Standard Plus members are subject to a £5 charge and depend on availability and staff discretion.

It is each member’s responsibility to ensure their membership discount is applied when booking a service. If a member books a service outside of their membership cycle and is charged for it, a £5 administrative fee will be applicable to process any refund.

Liability Waiver

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All services are provided at your own risk.
  • Cut Labz Ltd shall not be held liable for any injuries, infections, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from services rendered.
  • You waive your rights to claim damages, losses, or compensation for any such incidents.
  • You agree to disclose to your barber any allergies, conditions (medical, physical, mental), or sensitivities prior to receiving services.
  • It is your sole responsibility to inform staff of any issues that may affect the service.

Escalation Process

Any concerns, complaints, or queries should be directed to contact@cutlabz.co.uk.

Management will review the matter and issue a final decision, which you hereby agree to be bound by.

Management Discretion

Decisions made by management are final and may include:

  • Complimentary services
  • Partial refunds
  • Alternative resolutions deemed appropriate

Refunds are not issued unless at the sole discretion of management.

Your Statutory Rights under UK law are not affected.

UK GDPR Compliance

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Your data is processed securely and only used for:

  • Booking and managing appointments
  • Administering memberships
  • Communication regarding services

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Modifications to Terms

Cut Labz Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability in respect of any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
